With extensive experience as a property owner, contractor, and real estate professional, John specializes in guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions. His practical knowledge of construction and building maintenance and an eye for property conditions and potential allow him to provide invaluable insights that help clients make confident decisions.
Before becoming a Realtor, John held leadership roles in the insurance and risk management industries, where he developed expertise in property care, risk assessment, and problem-solving. He served as a Senior Loss Control Consultant for leading companies, including The Travelers Companies, The Hanover Insurance Group, and Nationwide Insurance, and earned certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS), and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
John also serves as the Operational Risk Manager for New England Waterproofing, Inc. and Crack X, where he continues to work with property owners to ensure their investments are protected. His engineering background and hands-on approach give him a unique perspective on real estate, allowing him to identify opportunities and potential challenges for his clients.
